At Strong Solutions, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes, circumstances change or our offerings may not meet your expectations. This refund policy outlines the terms under which a refund may be requested for purchases made from us. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase. By completing the sign-up process and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy, including the specified timeframes for refund eligibility.

Refund Timeline and Terms

Refunds will be granted based on the following conditions:

  1. 7-Day Full Refund
    Eligibility: 100% of the purchase price will be refunded if a refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
    Conditions:

    • The request must be made in writing via email to rebecca@strongsolutionswny.com within 7 calendar days of purchase.

    • No course content or materials should have been accessed or downloaded during this period.

    • This is a no-questions-asked refund.

  2. 14-Day Partial Refund (50%)
    Eligibility: 50% of the purchase price will be refunded if the request is submitted within 14 days of purchase.
    Conditions:

    • The request must be made in writing via email to rebecca@strongsolutionswny.com within 14 calendar days of purchase.

    • At least some of the course content or materials must not have been accessed or consumed beyond a minimal level.

    • You must indicate the reason for your refund request, which will help us improve our service, though you are not obligated to provide a detailed explanation.

  3. 21-Day Partial Refund (25%)
    Eligibility: 25% of the purchase price will be refunded if the request is submitted within 21 days of purchase.
    Conditions:

    • The refund request must be made in writing via email to rebecca@strongsolutionswny.com within 21 calendar days of purchase.

    • At least half of the course content should have been completed or accessed.

    • If you have attended group coaching calls or engaged in any live sessions, the refund will be subject to this reduction.

    • You will be asked to provide feedback to help us understand your experience.

  4. No Refund After 30 Days
    Eligibility: No refunds will be granted after 30 days from the original purchase date.
    Conditions:

    • After 30 days, we will not issue any refunds under any circumstances, as by this time, you have had ample opportunity to review and engage with the course material.

    • Refund requests made after this period will be denied, except in cases of proven extenuating circumstances (see below).

Refund Process

To request a refund, please send an email to [support email], and include the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Your invoice number

  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund (required for requests after the 7-day period)

  • A description of the course content or materials you have accessed

Once we receive your request, we will process it within 10 business days and notify you once the refund has been issued. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Conditions for Refund Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:

  • Misuse or Fraudulent Activity: If we determine that the course was accessed or used inappropriately (e.g., downloading and then requesting a refund), or if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, we will deny your request.

  • Extenuating Circumstances: If you experience an unforeseen personal or medical emergency that prevents your participation in the program, we may, at our discretion, offer an extension or alternative solution, which could include a refund or credit toward future courses. Please provide relevant documentation to support your case (e.g., a doctor's note).

Additional Notes

  • Payment Plans: If you purchased the program using a payment plan, refunds will be issued based on the terms above, and you will be responsible for paying any outstanding balance if you choose to cancel after the refund has been processed.

  • Access to Course Materials: If you have requested a refund, you will immediately lose access to the course content upon approval of the refund.

  • Program Modifications: While we aim to deliver a high-quality experience, we reserve the right to modify the course content, schedule, or delivery format. These changes do not qualify as grounds for a refund.
